We are still actively working on resolving the issue affecting several of our servers and internal systems. While progress continues, full recovery is taking longer than expected due to the complexity of the failure.

We are currently experiencing a situation where several servers are not responding or executing any services. Following the earlier incident, an internal failure within the corporation has impacted the normal recovery sequence of our systems.

This disruption is causing delays in the regeneration of operational activity across multiple infrastructure layers. As a result, some platforms and services may take significantly longer than expected to fully stabilize.

Our engineering team is actively diagnosing the affected components, validating system integrity, and working through a controlled restoration process to ensure a safe and reliable recovery.

We have begun powering on a portion of our infrastructure. The first systems coming back online are located in Europe, which include Kassova servers and part of the ByteStorm mainframe.

However, the hosting servers for other services and partner companies located in Colombia and the United States will remain offline for now until all safety and stability checks are completed.

We will continue to provide updates as we progress.

A seismic event near Bogotá activated our datacenter’s protection protocols, causing an automatic shutdown of several ByteStorm servers. This was a preventive safety measure to protect infrastructure and data integrity.

Services are being brought back online carefully. No data loss has been detected.
